Don't trip Red Bear...I just ended a 2 yr relationship a couple of months ago. So, I know how you feel...it sucks, you're feeling lonely and your friends are looking at you like you are some sick animal...am I on the right track?
I found the best therapy is to make yourself as busy as possible...work some overtime...meet new people...go out with your friends...do you feel me?
The worst thing that you can do is stay at home by yourself and feel sorry about your situation! You will see...TIME HEALS ALL WOUNDS...this whole thing is probably just meant to be...
Well, good luck sista! You will be alright!

Get some great music about breaking up with guys - it gets you engergized and back on your feet. Music is more therapeutic than you may think. iTunes has good mixes and Collections for dealing with it. The very best way besides music is to find another great guy! Don't dwell on the past. Get yourself involved - don't sit around at home. Go running. Go on a date. Do cheeful stuff.

Pets, hobbies, work, anything that will involve you and your intellect. Keep your mind pre-occupied with other things! Allow for time to pass as you keep busy. After a few months, the intolerance of the pain of a lost relationship will go away, so you can deal with it.

I don't know. Confronting maybe? But what worked for me is just to forget about it. I simply push him off my mind and do other things like have fun with friends.. It's a mind set. Set your mind to fun and don't give him any more worth then he actually deserves... if you do, you'll always linger on with his memories and turn into a miserable lonely woman. You see you have to get yourself to see every other hot guy out there..

Be honest with yourself about the mistakes you made in the relationship. Learn from them. I don't know if you're old enough, but try clubbing or partying. That always helps. But it will take some time.
