I noticed there relation to pumpkin seeds so i was wondering. =D

No LOL!DON"T DO IT! My grandmaother tried to use these seeds insted of pumpkin seeds one year for Thanksgiving.She makes them for the kids.It was a disaster they tatsed so bittter it wasn't funny.Spare yourself!

No they are not poisonous but I have not tried to roast them. I always discarded them when preparing acorn squash.

yes, toss with 1tsp oil, perhaps salt, roast them in the oven until golden brown and crispy

No, you can roast them and salt them and eat them
