BEST of the best chocolate truffles?

I am in search of the BEST of the BEST chocolate truffles as a gift for a friend who loves them. Who makes them, & where can they be bought? I am not a big conossieur of chocolate, so I have no opinion.

Godiva chocolates are suppose to be one of the best. At $1.00 or more per truffle I can't afford them. If there are no Godiva stores where you live you might check in some high priced department stores such as Neman Marcus.
