Acctually I just wanted to see how many people would say yes to him then I don't need to know how you personally feel about me and my religion I am a Christian and proud of it, I was trying to make a point that if people answered and said yes they would follow him if they could do all of these things then it's not really God they don't believe in they just don't want to do right. God Bless and have a good one....

What the bible said follow Christ and all you had to do was say I believe in Jesus and I will follow him and do his will. Would you if his will was to have sex without being married, with anyone same sex or not, never be kind to anyone rather you want to or not, never go to church, there is no such thing as sin, someone will pay you monthly to be a believer and the stronger your faith got the more money you earned, the day you accept Jesus you would win a new house and a 1million dollar shopping spree, there would be a heaven for all people since there is no sin, and Jesus would even call you once a week and give you three wishes?

You know, if you people would actually READ THE F^CKING POST, you'd see that the question is obviously, "If the Christian/Catholic/Whatever religion/s flip-flopped in what is accepted and you were urged to have pre-marital sex, be homosexual, etc - in short, everything you people are told is wrong just because "They" said so, would you still follow it? My answer, since I am a nonbeliever, is, since I don't follow what it is now, I guess I wouldn't follow what it would be if it changed like that and would just continue being me. Excellent question, mon ami. Don't fret over these other morons - maybe one day they'll tear down the walls blocking off their basic comprehension and then maybe you'll get a straight answer from them, instead of all of this "what is the question?" crap. I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

I wish the bible had a section on clear and coherant writing. I cannot quite follow your train of thought as the words struggled down the page. What is your point? That if God said that the way to heaven was through sex and other such glorious sins, would I follow? No, I would still not follow. I don't sin for god, I sin for myself!

I think that you have a good point. That fact of the matter is the world does offer what you have pointed out and it is easy to follow the things of the world. I want what my eyes see. I want the things that I think will make me happy. I want, I want, I want. And even more on top of that.
Isn't it so much easier to go after the things that we think will make us happy? But does it in the end bring about happiness. I sell myself out to debt to have the great and wondrous things, and my wants continue to grow. I sell my soul for the desires of lust and gratification of the moment, never thinking about the payment expected. I want the best car, the biggest boat, the coolest bike, the greatest house and don't let someone beat me to it.
End the end what are these things. Am I happy that I have spent my live working to pay for things beyond my means. The time that I lost with my kids. The divorce from my wife that I failed to spend time with and the family that is not longer together. Are these the things that we all hope for? Yet it is the things that we are willing to accept. Even in the church. Why? Because it is easier chase after lusts than it is to deny oneself and follow after faith even by many that claim the faith.
That is why Christ said that if one wanted to follow him that they must deny themselves and take up their cross to follow him.
Is it easier to follow the things of the world? Yes but for me the price to be paid is much heavier than I am willing to pay.

Don't sweat it Baby Girl! They always "miss the point"! Nobody knows how
to build on anything, because they are weak! All they do, is look for the one "word" that they can use to crap on it!
SELFISH!

Is there any point to this thread but to put down other religions for the sake of your own?
