There don't seem to be many Christians answering this one. You must have hit a nerve. Isn't it just amazing that when some people are confronted with the truth they don't know how to respond?

Jesus was said to have been born of a virgin as well. Women can become pregnant through artificial insemination which only requires semen not a penis.

I believe that Jesus was one of a kind for only one reason. He was one of a great many prophets-- the only differance is that he was born with out a father -- which was a miracle only to be compared with Adam. But Adam was not carried in the womb of a woman. This is how Jesus is one of a kind. I consider the above credentials mythology. Mainly because most of the above mentioned were not human beings, and Jesus was.

Ok, you've made your point, but look out for the onslaught of christians in here. This place is rife with christian rhetoric!
The term "virgin" was not used in those days to mean a woman prior to sexual intercourse. It was meant to imply a young woman of marrigable age. All women were vrigins till they turned 19 or something, regardless of sexual exposure.

There was only one Jesus Christ and He is the son of God who died on the cross for our sins. All others who make a claim to to be God like buddha and allah etc are counterfits and frauds.
