Absolutely, the world's longest lived person was Jeanne Calment, she lived for 122 years and 164 days.

Lots of people live to be over a hundred years old. A guy I graduated high school with had a grandmother who was 106. I don't know how old she was when she finally pass on.
I don't think I want to ever be that old.
My body barely functions now and I'm only 32!

There was a German study done in the late 90's that showed genetically, humans can easily live to be 250 years old. However we currently can not achieve this because of diet and environmental exposures.

I have known several people who lived into their early second century. While I was working in surgery, I even met a 103 yr old lady originally from Prague, who was more energetic and clear minded than the average 80 yr old. Many people have made it past 100, and with modern medicine and education on health and diet, many more to come.
