Want wrong with my feet???

I have a rough spot on my both of my feet right below the bone at the top of my ankle. What is that? Its not like that anywhere else and its been there for as long as I can remember.

go to an orthopedic and let him / her look in to the problem it may just be calcium built up and that is where it sets..
