1) Credit does not follow you everywhere. It only follows you within the country you live in, hence the reason if you move abroad your GOLDEN US credit score means nothing and you start from scratch.
2) Credit companies in the UK or anywhere, for that matter, do not exchange information with each other.
3) Being in debt is not a crime, it is a civil matter, not a criminal one.
