Should be ok in theory. If you are still producing eggs, they are still technically there to be harvested. It depends on why you dont have a womb...was it removed or is that something you were born with?

Definitely, as long as your ovaries are still okay (you haven't attained menopause).

The eggs are harvested then fertilized with sperm. The resulting zygote can then be transferred into another lady's womb.

If you have not found a right candidate as surrogate, the zygote can be freezed and preserved (cryopreserved) for future use. However, the process of freezing and thawing may result in loss of quality of the zygotes

As long as you are producing eggs, you should be able to harvest them and use them in a surrogate with in virto fertilization. Good luck!

It would be more likely they would take the eggs from you the sperm from him fertilize them in a lab and then transfer them to the surrogate woman
