Yes, We can dispose cooking oil in environmentally friendly way.
It depends on the viscosity of the oil, ....once the cooking oil mix with water...it is diffcult to dispose environmentally friendly

Like the others say, call your council to find out where your nearest recycling centre is. Don't just pour it down the drain, as the sewage companies (certainly here in London) have to spend millions of pounds a years unblocking sewage pipes after the congealed fat has built up on the inside of pipes and blocked them.

Throughing it away either in a solid mass or liquid is neither environmentally (sustainable) friendly. If you have a diesel vehicle you can use it in there (you will need to run it through a bio-diesel chamber first). Or contact someone who can use it to make bio-diesel.

Please don't pour lots of oil down the sink. It's ok in the small amounts on dirty plates etc. The sewerage system will remove oil but the more pollutants there are in the water the more it costs to remove it and make the water clean.

Ring your local council, they usually have special places to dispose of things like that and unused paint etc.

Can it up and take it to your nearest council refuse centre
They will have a tank that the old car engine oil goes into and they can add it to that

You can take cooking oil, or any oil to an auto shop and they will dispose of it for you.
It's actually safe to put cooking oil down the drain in your sink. The sewer companies are equipped to handle oil and grease.

I've always thrown mine on my mulch pile. I think the 'possoms end up eating it, or sometimes the ants.
