No not really, I mean they say that when you are little and a boy pulls ur hair or something but if you are 15+ and a guy is mean to you..then it means he doesn't like you and he wants you to leave him alone....but there are different types of being mean.

Only if he is 12 years old!! That guy being mean cause he likes you stuff is something that they should have grown out of during puberty hopefully. Much better to have a guy that can be nice and treat you with respect.

Kind of hard to tell with that, it depends on the way he acts I suppose. I had a guy that liked me and he was always mean to me too, he'd tease me mercilessly but not as mean as he did to my best friend who he actually hated. They'd make my best friend go out and cry in the hall and by the time I got there they'd all invite me in for pizza and wings so it was kinda hard to get along with everyone because split loyalties wasn't always fun. But I'd grab a plate and, despite Brian's teasing and complaining I'd take pizza and wings out to her.

If he does like you and is mean to you..... RUN the other way!!! Like/ Love is supposed to bring with it good feelings, kindness, caring. To care for someone is to cherish them not to be mean, cruel or harsh!! You deserve more than that!
