What's the best Photoshop version to use?

I draw pictures, and would like to edit them using Photoshop, as well as possibly coloring them.

photoshop CS2 is the BEST

I would recommend that you always use the latest version of any software program so that you might not get certain bugs that your vendor no longer supports.
