If anyone could, then Jesus would be that person.

First, if water pours from your chest when stabbed by a spear, you technically have an effusion, a build up of fluid in the lungs. Second, if your heart is stabbed with a spear and left in place, you may survive with OPEN HEART SURGERY. If your heart is stabbed and the spear removed, you will die. If your heart "bursts" you will die very quickly. Last, if blood pours from a wound mixed with water, the water would be as red as the blood (blood is heavily pigmented).

Most likely, the stab pierced the pericardium (sac of fluid around the heart) without disrupting the ventricle. Pericardial fluid is serosanguinous (like watery blood)
That is survivable - in fact, sometimes operations are done to put a hole in the sac on purpose to prevent fluid from building up there.
People generally do not survive ventricular rupture without immediate surgical intervention, and even then, it's tough.

First of all they didn't stab Jesus in the chest. They stabbed Him in the side to see if He was still alive, and no He did not survive this He was nailed to a cross to pay for our sins. He died and was resurrected 3 days later. As for your question I dont believe that someone could survive a spear to the heart however, you never know miracles can happen.

No, you can't survive a heart bursting.
When your blood stops circulating it seperates. What you are refering to as water is actually blood plasma. Yes it contains water but it is a mixture that is called plasma. It is clear because the red and white blood cells have settled out.
The spear thrust into jesus's side was done after he died and his blood had settled.
I hope that helped you understand.

No one could survive a stab in the heart, but the Bible says Jesus was stabbed in the side. He probably lost a lot of mesenchyme fluids, but we can treat that even today.

Of course not... further proof that the whole thing is a scam.
Just like that "virgin" Mary... she was a total scam artist. She claimed to be a virgin, and as a result all of these people gave her kid (and her) presents! Good thinkin' girlfriend!

Well, modern science has made much progress, seeing as how Magic Johnson had a total blood diffusion, where they pumped all his blood out, boiled it and killed all the HIV, and pumped it back in and revived him.
i'm not a medical genius, sorry.
