Drink prune juice.
If you are in good health, you can drink about 3 (cool) cups of strong coffee in 40 minutes or less.
You can have an enema with 1 cup cool coffee, and 1 cup warm water. (Mix should be room temperature.)
You can do saltwater flush. That is where you mix two tablespoons of salt with 1 quart of water, and mix it up, and drink all the water in ten minutes or less. (It will go throiugh you like a japanese bullet train.)
edited to add: eat a handful or two of shelled pecans.

It is common to have a BM every day. Perhaps you are constipated and not know it. I would recommend going to your local pharmacy and purchasing some over the counter laxatives. If that doesn't help you over the next couple of days, I would recommend that you see your primary care physician. I hope that this helps!

If this is an constant problem t is ust you have a slow digestive system. Also it could be the food you are eating. Your body maybe absorbing what it need creating little waste. If you are concerned you should try eating alot of fiber or dri=nk one of those fiber supplement drinks.

Drink more water!! If you get dehydrated you have a tendency to get stopped up.
Eating something with beans in it usually take care of that problem for me by the next day.

you might have to go to the doctor or get a store bought enema and flush yourself out. My little girl had that problem and started throwing up because she was so backed up. after the enema she was fine. And laxatives help too. good luck I know that can be so uncomfortable.

If you dont have the urge to poo, or feel otherwise bloated and uncomfy than its nothing to worry about.
