My bro and dad just saw a dog get stolen what can we do?

They were coming in our neighborhood and there was a large beagle in the road, there was a druggie lookin guy in a van, the beagle was infront of the van, and the guy yelled get out the street. Well the dog walked over by him, and the guy snatched him in his van and drove out the neighborhood!!! My bro and dad told him where the dog probably lived but he drove off. What can we do!!! I feel so bad for the owners, and god only knows what that man might do to that poor little dog!!!

you have to do something you can't just leave it. Report it to the police and force them to get in touch with some sort of animal unit because they will solve it. if you can't save the dog atleast the man should get what he deserves.
