Calcium itself is good for your teeth and bones. It will not make them straighter or whiter. But milk has sugar in it as well. If you want healthy teeth, brush and floss at least twice a day. See a dentist for regular check ups and cleanings. If you want straight teeth, ask the dentist about invis-line, its like a clear plastic retainer that fits over your teeth and over time makes your teeth straight.

Milk is essential for the development of the teeth, and the continued ingestion of calcium in the diet or by supplement is essential for the maintenance of teeth and bones. Neither milk nor any other substance will give you straighter teeth and a healthy smile.

If it's straighter teeth you want you'll have to try braces. Tooth paste has a whitener in it. It's called hydrogen peroxide. You can brush your teeth with hydrogen peroxide, just do it over the sink as the peroxide will foam up. If you would like to clean your teeth just put salt on your tooth brush and brush LIGHTLY with hydrogen peroxide and rinse with water. (Don't swallow the peroxide.)
As for calcium - milk is a great source. Keep in mind that the body won't absorb calcium unless you take it with vitamin "D" and magnesium. A lot of milk will have vitamin "D" in it and you can buy a calcium suppliment that has magnesium in it.
Smile, be healthy.

The best time to drink milk is while the teeth are being developed. After they are developed, it doesn't benefit as much. At that point, you are probably better off concentrating on the health of your gums.
Nothing will make the teeth straighter except braces.
