well ive been thinking every day i get home and go to the weightroom for about 1 hour,
but im thinking now
if i did this what would happen to my body/ strength and speed?
k... i was thinking as long as im at home.. about 9 hours a day..
im going to be doing situps, pushups, squats, pullups, miliary pushups, and a jumping excersie for my legs that i dont know the name....
all 9 hours i would be doing one of these excersizes
when i reach my limit doing pushups say i do 100 in a row, i switch to pullups.. and then when i reach my pullups limit i switch to situps... and ect..... then when i finish all the excerizes i go back and start over with pushups...so what do you think would happen?
o ya by the way i mean work my way up to that point :D
up to the point where i can excersize 9 hours
i wont just start trying to excersize for 9 hours, ill start with 1.5 then work my way up to that point.

Nothing, you'd be so exhausted you'd be sick. You'd be dehydrated. Our bodies aren't made for that kind of exhaustion. This won't make you ANY better of an athelite. It will make you too tired to perform worth a crap. 3 hours of practice and an hour a the gym a day, is plenty.
