Vietnam.

Duh.

Ok, go to Barnes and Noble or Borders and look at the self-taught language courses. There's one that runs about $600 but it is guaranteed to work. Should help you out.

Otherwise, unless you go work in a restaurant in a Little Saigon part of your town, you either go to Vietnam or you don't get better.

There might be a local Vietnamese-language class where you live. These classes are usually held in the weekend, normally on Saturday. If the class is organized by a Catholic church or Buddhist temple, it may be on Sunday afternoon. Contact these organizations. Good luck. Another option is to go to www.vps.org. That 's the Vietnamese Professional Society. They sell a software program called "VPSABC". Buy one and learn by yourself. It teaches the pronunciation too. What about your mom and dad?
