Well Not skinny skinny but like more slim than before because i walk around the highs school and i see a lot girls with slim legs wearing skirts and then i don't feel confident

As much as this sucks, there is only so much you can do with exercise to get rid of localized fat. No matter how toned or muscular your legs are underneath the fat, if you you have that fat there, they still won't look skinny. Also, keep in mind that a lot of where you distribute your fat is in your genes, so there is only so much you can do. So, first to get skinnier legs you will have to lose the fat that will put you in a more healthy/skinny weight range. However, there are some leg workouts that I have found to help, regular old squats and lunges work wonders. Also for outer and inner thighs just laying on your side and lifting them up in the air helps especially if you have a weight bar to rest on your foot. Also when you say you cut out meat from your diet, unless you wish to be a vegetarian, I don't know if that's the best solution. There are plenty of lean proteins out there that will actually help you in many ways. Protein is necessary for building muscle and it keeps you full longer than a lot of other things. Things like chicken breast, seafood, even 7% or less ground beef, lean steaks, turkey etc. are really great for dieting. They don't have carbs in them as an added bonus and tend to be fairly low calorie. As for more exercise ideas, I personally love aerobic kickbox (also similar to Tae Bo). It gives you cardio, and also a muscular work out with kicks and punches. And pilates and yoga can be good too. Well hope this helps.

You don't want "skinny" legs; that is a term indicating they are too thin. You want gracefully slim legs. And the best exercise for that tends to be bicycling. Dancing is also good for your legs. In fact, the good news is just about any vigorous exercise that involves your weight carried on your legs is good for you; jumping, running, kicking, flexing those muscles in whatever way is fun to you. My own favorite was dancing when I was young.

But if you want your legs to be gracefully slim, you also want the rest of you to be. So be sure to move all your muscles vigorously, and be sure to watch what you eat. Good high-grade protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, dairy products sufficient for the calcium your bones need. Minimize sugars and fats, and also artificial chemicals that can introduce complications.

it takes about 3 months of cardio work outs (running biking seimming) but you cant spot reduce. You will eventually even out. Why do you want skiiny legs anyway.

skinny legs are not attractive..who in their right mind wants to make love to a tooth pick. but, if u wanna be even less attractive, just dont eat a whole lot and run around alot.
