Allah is a false god that has no power at all. He was the old sun god in the OT. Muhammad has no power either, He was a false prophet. When he died he stayed dead. The Lord Jesus Christ came to earth as a man so He could die for our sins. He was buried and took our sins away and He rose again the third day for our justification. He is alive today put your trust in what He did for all tha would believe. 1 Corinthians 15: 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15: 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Romans 4: 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

I believe you meant to ask if Muhammed (pbuh) had any miracles, and if Allah Almighty forgives sin and command not to kill. Accordingly;
If your mind is limited by your practice, the answer would be no, Muhammed (pbuh) had no miracles of your definitions.
Muhammed did not heal people nor does he raise them from the dead. However, Muhammed (pbuh) came with different miracles that were challenging for people of his time. As most people know the degree of challenge caused by miracle is indirectly proportional to the intelligence. Also, the intelligence develops with time & science advancement. From that, one can expect that people 600 later would be more intelligent to be challenged by miracles of previous time. Therefore, miracles of Muhammed (pbuh) were of different nature (Quran, which your mind will never figure out why it's miracleous, the split of the moon, his night journey from Mecca to Jerusalem & his ascension from Jerusalem to the heavens).
Allah Almighty is God of Abraham. Does not God of Abraham forgvies sins & does not God of Abraham commands not to kill?

Your question is more offensive to Christians' intelligence than to Muslims' religion by the way.

If you believe that Allah is who/what the Muslims believe he is the answer is a resounding "Yes".
Allah is God. Even a Christian believes that God has the power to absolve sin. Christians believe Jesus did this. Muslims don't need Jesus as a sacrifice in their theology.
And remember, one religion's salvation is often another's damnation.

Muhammad in his misinterpretation of God's word recommended the reading of the Torah and the Bible New Testament which disagree with the Qur'an yet is called holy by the Qur'an. It is the reason why Muslims call God's word corrupt and that is the reason they do not know the true Christ.

Who on earth is Allah?? There is only one God...His name is many...Here is a few to mention...Advocate, Lamb of God, The Ressurction, Man of Sorrows, Light of the World, Messiah, Teacher, Prince of Peace, Bright Morning Star, King of Kings, Cheif Cornerstone, Son of Man, Redeemer, Alpha and Omega, High Priest...oh I have more...but this is a few....Why dont you find a "holy Bible" and look up some of these names and then tell me if you think that Allah can forgive sin? Allah is a idolistic god..he does not exist...and God said that "there shall have no other God's before me" please reconsider what you just asked..
