Why would you want them to be passive? Don't you want them to stick up for themselves and encourage truth and justice and good things like that?

That's a bad idea.

It's wrong to teach boys to be passive. Doing so makes you an abuser.

Doesn't have to be a bad idea.

Being passive but aware is potentially very useful. Awareness is key really.

Being active is pretty good too though! Depending on the situation, questioning ideas, motives and thought actively is very useful - otherwise nothing would ever change.

If you are interested, look into meditation (for yourself).

You don't. There is no integrity in being passive. Leaders of industry or of worlds didn't get there being passive. It is not a good character trait.

Glad to know you're adding to the worlds issues. No one needs to be passive in life.

If your boys are being too aggressive with one another and other children in their peer group, you need to monitor what they are watching on TV - one of the biggest producers of violence! An other area to be looking at, is the 4 walls in which you are raising them. Children learn from example. Good Luck - before you know it, the next aggressive move they make might knock you off your feet!
