If I opened it on Friday, would it last until next thursday?

If it was cold when you opened it, keep it cold and make sure the top is on tight and in a spot where it won't get moved around a lot. Also, if you don't need it until then, keep it closed.

I think the soda will taste good for two weeks before it goes flat.

Depends on if you put the lid back on tight. But it should certainly last a week!

No don't think so but you can try and keep the top on it.
