Dear Arthur: If you love. . .how much more does the Father/God love? Surely, you know this!
Spirit has NO judgement mechanism. Only the human Intellect has it. The Creator is Pure - because of the absence of judgement.
Steadfast love is the fabric of His Being. That is the make-up of His Nature. He is the original "Christ Nature" that Jesus brought before us for the great teachings and demonstrations that he offered in his short worldly life.
Hell is not a location. Hell is a concept. It is the expression of a "hellish mind." Lack of mental and spiritual HEALTH lead us to that disposition of mind. Even with that being so, the Creator will not look upon it. He refuses to "see" anything different from what He Created (soul/spirit) or that is unlike Himself. Much as a human father looks away from the faults and follies of his children and helplessly loves them anyway.
You and your Creator will have much in common ! He feels as you do, but much MORE purely, much MORE steadfast.
The Hell concepts came from Ancient Man who looked about himself and FELT the need for there to be some type of Justice. They experienced unfairness, murder of loved ones, rape of their daughters, etc., just like modern mankind. The need for some justice beyond what THEY could provide to themselves - the need to instill fears in each other to ward off possible bad occurrences, in their lives, brought the concept of Hell as a threat to one another. The Bibles are filled with allegorical stories with the major feature being, "And the moral of the
story is. . ." Other stories within it are historical and factual. A Prophet may have included the concept of a Hell in his prohecies to align the people behind the idea of remaining morally correct and pleasing to God.
Best regards, Lana

I personally don't believe your kids will go to hell unless they have done something really horrible and truly deserve it. A lot of Christians believe going to heaven hinges on saying a certain prayer and believing the way they do but I think this is an insult to God. Hell is a horrible punishment and should only be reserved for murderers, rapists, child molesters, etc. It just doesn't make sense that a normal person who hasn't really done much that is wrong should receive the same punishment as, say, Hitler. As long as you have raised your boys right they should turn out fine and join you in heaven.

Well, aside from the fact that I don't believe in hades being a fiery place of torment - only the common grave, then I would say who am I to know better than God? As a Christian I believe that his judgment is final and absolute - not mine. If someone believes they know better than God, then how would they make it to heaven? (if that's where they are headed to) It doesn't matter how well you try to raise your children, if they decide to become Satan worshipers, what do you think the outcome for them will be? It's not up to us. Only God can "read the heart" and know for sure.

If you would be mad that God judged someone rightly (because that is what he does) then I believe you would not be in Heaven to start with. Jesus said unless you love me more than your Mother , your children and everybody you are not worthy of me. When a person is in Heaven they will understand exactly why other people are not there and why some they were not expecting to be there are there.
