If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCfZ
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Taco Bake-easy and very good.
1-2 pounds of prepared taco meat (beef or chicken)
1 jar of favorite salsa
1 can cambell's cheddar cheese soup
6-8 small flour torillas cut into 1in by 2 in pieces
Mix all ingredients, place in greased/sprayed cassarole dish, bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven, sprinkle with favorite shredded cheese, serve when cheese has melted. Enjoy! (Note: Sometimes I only use 1 pound of meat and stir in a cup of cooked rice. Delish either way!)

beef goulash(4 people) 500g braising steak chopped very small, brown it for 5 mins then transfer to a plate. Then add onion to frying pan along with a chopped red pepper, add fresh garlic about 2 cloves, fry for 5 mins then add the meat. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a teaspoon of white wine vinegar, and a teaspon of dried mixed herbs. then add a tablespoon of dried paprika, stir than add 200mls of creme fraiche stir for 1 minute, transfer to a casserole dish, gas mark 6 and cook for 1 hour then put pot onto boil for pasta, tagliatelle is best, just use the amount of pasta you require, then cook the goulash for a further 1 hour. You could serve with garlic bread. It is a very tasty and fufulling meal, you wont be dissapointed.

*Parmesan chicken, which can be easily made by baking some breaded chicken, adding a thin layer of marinara sauce to each, and adding half a slice of mozzarella cheese to each also, is a great dinner idea. You can serve it with a wide variety of side dishes, like garlic noddles, which can be made from scratch or packages.
*Mexican food is also great for serving. You can buy a taco bell kit, which i think are the best kind, and inexpensive. you can make it origional by adding fresh vegatables of your choice, ground beef or chicken, or whatever else you like.
*How about lasagna? You said you just had spaghetti, but italian food never REALLY gets old. Try from scratch or instant, which is good, too.
*If its in your budget, how about steak? Or even some good hamburgers is fun.
*Chinese food? You can make pot-stickers, sweet and sour chicken, or a stir-fry fairly easily. Add some store-bought fortune cookies for dessert!
*Chicken pot pies are good, too, and they come frozen or are great from scratch.
*Fondue! Cook some thin steak, tater-tots, fresh bread, and broccoli and serve with a cheese sauce. For dessert, fresh strawberries, pound cake, cherries, bananas, and marshmallows can be dipped in molten chocolate. Yum.
*not very fancy stuff, but it looks like you need some ideas, so i hope i helped!
