You are asking for a great deal of research for someone to do your homework for you.
The fact is that Asians from each area have different characteristics, even from various islands in the Pacific.
Not all have slanted eyes, for example. Cambodians who are of Camodian descent, rather than those of Chinese descent who immigrated to Cambodia, do not have slanted eyes and their skin is a darker brown tone. When the Kmer Rouge marched through Cambodia, slaughtering millions, it was a form of genocide because they were trying to kill all the people who were true Cambodians and there was a major racist attitude in the country, preferring Chinese over Cambodians.
We think of Okinawans as Japanese, but in fact, they are a race of people in their own right. Though it is dying out, they had their own language, culture, etc. Over the past few hundred years, they have been occupied by the Philipines, China, Korea, and Japan, until post WWII when the U.S. occupied the island. In the late 1970s, the U.S. gave Okinawa back to Japan who had occupied it prior to WWII.
The question you asked is very broad. Once could write a book about it and it's too much for this type of medium.
Best Wishes,,
Sue

do you realize you are asking for the equivalent of 500 pages worth of answer?
Even if you narrowed down the questions to Russians, Indians, and Chinese, and narrowed the time limit to just the last century there'd be more than 100 pages of info. and it would not be accurate enough.
You are asking something like,'What are the chatacterisitcs of Europeans and could you break that down by region? Don't dump the Scottish in with the English or the Hessians in with the Krauts'
its too huge !!
Maybe you can use is the internect and ask the Indians what thy think the characteristics of the Chinese and Russians. Ask the Iranians what their take is on South Korea and Gerogia

Well, that's a tough one. You could try asking one citizen/individual of each region. But speaking for myself, a Filipina - Filipino people are freedom loving, easily adaptable to change, subservient but can fight when needed to, smart, values a good education, etc.etc... (space is not enough, sorry)

you can read there about Asians
they're a beautiful people, and I respect their culture, It's everything about them -- their food, traditional dress, their arts and entertainment. I feel I connect to them in a way that's hard to describe. I hope they appreciate me for appreciating them.
