I'm going to a concert (not the fun kind) with a gorgeous female friend of mine Monday night and we're going out to eat b4 the concert. She asked me if I wanted to eat eat (which I assume means sit down) or fast food. Well, naturally I said I'd rather eat eat. After all, she's a beautiful girl and it's not everyday that i'd have the chance to take a girl like her out. Anyway, here's the real question. Where should I take her? O'Charley's or Ruby Tuesday? By the way, I dont know if this is a real date or not. So any other advice that I can be given, dont hesitate to advise me! Thanks for anything you can help me with.

I'd say ruby tuesday. Let her interpret it how she wants, but that place id perfect for a first date. WHen the check comes, dont give her a chance to pay, just cover it for her, she will find it sweet. After this "date," like the next day, call her and ask her if she had a good time. then ur GOLDEN!

What kind of girl is she? If she is a friend she will appreciate spending time with you regardless of what you eat! However if you want to impress her perhaps something a little posh is the way to go! Ruby Tuesday's and O'Charley's mean nothing to me but how about you go with the one that was your first choice!!!!

Have an amazing time and good luck!!!

If it's a high-end concert, you're going to have to ask your girl the degree of date. If it's a "take-her-out-to-a-real-fancy-restaurant", then the higher-end place of course.

Then they're the kind of concert where it is uncertain. There's a place called Benaroya Hall downtown where I live, and half the people dress up as if it was a gala or something, and half of the people wear jeans and tee-shirt. So that kind of clarity directly with your girl is important.

If she is as you said, just a friend, and it has been that way for a while, don't make too many assumptions. Just dress sharp, kind of middle-level place, and if you're the great hunk of a man you want her to think you are, she'll love it wherever you go.

PS. How can it not be the fun kind? All concerts are fun.

O'Charleys. The food is ok at Ruby Tuesday but I think O'Charleys is a better choice.

I don't know what O'Charley's is, but I think Ruby Tuesday's is great for any occasion. That's always my first choice if I am anywhere near one.

Good luck and have fun!

Take her to somewhere you know, and you beleive that the place would make her comfortable and it would show your interesting part.
Making it a place where you have a story tell her...it would totally be safe and it would show how cool and steady your taking her.
Good luck!!!
