Because alot of aspiring actors/actresses moonlight as servers and the like, they might not really be considered professional waiters and bartenders, etc. Hence it's acceptable to short their gratuity. Kind of like, if you remember the old commercial, where the guy says "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV".
Not all humor is funny, sometimes at best, only thought provoking.

What needs explaining. this is a sturdy humorous tale. The implication is the humorous tale would prefer to be repeated 5 cases for all the blondes to get it. that's incredibly respectable i visit scouse borrow that. It additionally does not head the path you will desire to first think of.
