Edit; In response to the first answer, i read that the PS3 has support for Internet radio, i know it can browse the web but i don't know what browser is used. (i doubt it'll be a Microsoft one!!) launchcast on my stereo would be fantastic!

Unless the PS3 runs Internet Explorer, the answer is "no". Launchcast requires IE.

You could try one of those devices that hooks up to your PC and sends audio streams wirelessly to your stereo system. Linksys makes one such device.
