I need the belt to fit over my left shoulder and I no longer drive.

It wouldn't be easy. A secure mounting would have to be installed in the center of the vehicle for the belt retractor, and the upper mounting point. It would take a skilled fabricator that is familair with seat belt operation, and probably a signed waiver of liability on your part.

Sure, jus reverse the sides . Go buy anothe right side seat belt from wreckinf yard. Have fun day.

anything can be done but good luck having someone do it for you. The liability is huge. I have a feeling if you want it done, you will have to do it yourself.
