Can someone recommend me any healthy snack? I'm not really good at cooking though, please do introduce snacks which could be made or bought easily! Thanks a lot!

fruit salads, fruits of any kind really. quick and easy to make, easy to clean up.

just wash, peel (if it has a skin to be removed, or if you don't like the skin) and eat.

vegetables make good snacks (nothin beats a nice fresh cucumber peeled and sliced with some salt or a dipping of dressing) also boil up some broccoli (just turn on the stove top to medium heat and set a pot of water on it, and about 15-20 min it'll boil, then add the broccoli and wait until the broccolli is tender enough to your taste) and take some cheddar cheese or american cheese and spread it over the broccoli while it's hot to make a gooey (but tasty) dinner addition.

flavored yogurts are good too, but get several flavors and have a different one every day.

PB & J on whole wheat bread's good too, or whole wheat crackers with cheese, or even just a slice of ham or turkey wrapped around a piece of cheese.

endless possibilities man. eggs pan cooked, added with onions and green or red bell peppers (diced of course) and meat (your choice) chunks

also diced Chicken dipped in egg yolk mixed with a bit of olive oil, and rolled in oatmeal, baked or "pan fried" makes a crunchy but healthy on the go food.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are the healthiest and easiest snacks. If you are looking for more variety, try whole wheat pretzels with peanut butter, grain crackers topped with shredded cheese and baked for about 5 minutes, or nuts, especially almonds.
