Yes but not on a (tape) video you are using today because they
contain analogue tuners.

You'll need a digital video as mentioned in previous answers.
When the analogue signal is turned off more people will buy the digital equiptment so the prices will drop drastically

It's called DVR/TiVo . You can get DVR from your local Satellite/Cable Company . Or TiVo at www.tivo.com , they have a free TiVo Box now .
