clamp down on it hard for 15 minutes
If it stops bleeding and you can leave it alone, then probably no stitches are need, But if it is in a location where flexing will cause the cut to open, then YES stitch it closed

Registered Nurse here; Apply pressure to stop the bleeding, go to the nearest emergency room, so that your thumb can be sewed up. Doesn't hurt that bad, sounds as if you really need stitches, if you don't, then the doc want do them. But you need to go and be evaluated, for left untreated, infection, poor healing, severe scarring, and possible loss of usage of thumb, for you may of cut a ligament, tendon, or even gotten into the muscle.
Thanks for allowing me to address such a urgent question. Now please get going to the Emergency Room.

Get yourself down to the emergency room. You have punctured yourself with a "foreign" object and you may need a tetanus shot.

You probably need stitches so that the skin heals right. The doctor there will prescribe antibiotics so that an infection does not start.

I make a particular razor that doesn't flow to deep and is not purely on the exterior. you're taking a a million blade razor and reduce off the plastic it really is sweet lower than the razor area and then reduce the aspects until eventually you observe the aspects of the particular razor itself. do not push to problematical otherwise its can reduce a vein.......

probably. apply firm pressure to stop the bleeding and start the clotting process. You may have to hole it for about 30 minutes. If the bleeding wont stop go to the hospital.
