this guy text everyday for the last few months, he invited me for a weekend, had a really good time. even though we had only met twice before. it didnt feel weird, it felt right, & i thought we got on really well. he made it clear from the start he wasnt looking for a relationship which is fine by me, but hes made me feel paranoid as though i even mentioned relationships which never even entered my head, just come out of a long one,so why would he think i would start another so soon ? now its got me to a point of dont even like contacting him. yet it was him that was texting me everyday ! when i do chat to him on messenger or text just to say hi he always answers back straight away, but he still seems to be a bit distant. WHY ? should i even bother ???? do like him though, nice guy.

Is it possible this guy just said he didn't want a relationship because that's what he thought you wanted to hear but really he does that's why he is coming across as keen. My advice is if you like him play it cool and go with the flow. good luck

First you need to decide if this(the whole thing/whatever) is even worth your effort. If it is then go through a withdrawal phase. If you used to text him 20 times a day, cut it in half until eventually you text him once or twice a week. When you text a guy just to say hi it kinda goes straight to their head.
Let him come to you and then you can ask him what exactly he want from you.

Maybe it might be that the challenge is over. Already had the weekend. Sometimes the attitude can be "been there done that..." Or he is commitment shy. Give it another chance and ask him what is going on. If it seems worth it.
Lay off the messaging and see where it takes you both...good luck.

If you really like him . You need to add a little distance. If he takes the bait he will try like hell to get your attention.

Ask him again! If he refuses, lose him for good!
