My Friend,Rockstar Games Has Not Yet Released Any Game Named GTA San Frances.Their Latest Is Vice City Stories For PS2.Most Probably, Their Next Release Is Going To Be Named As GTA 4 Or Gta Chicago.I Think What You've Played In The Cafe Is GTA San Andreas Or A Pirated,Edited Version Of The Game With A Changed Name.I've Got San Andreas & It's Their Greatest Till Date.So You Can't Get The Game Yet.

Well since it isn't a REAL game and if it is then they will get in trouble for stealing Rockstar's name I would say no one can. Closest there was was San Andreas.
