at least 30 days in the urine, i am not sure about the blood, but now a days companies are doing hair samples and it stays there i am told for at least 6 months

THC, which is the chemical in weed, will be picked up for 30+ days in urine, but can stay in your system beyond 90+ days which is why they will do a hair sample.

one time use=a week max... cronic use(hahaha i made a funny)= up to 45 days. tons of water the day of test, and some vitamin b complex pills and creatine from GNC to make urine dark and seemingly concentrated the day of test as well. never give em the first piss of the day, and make sure u got enough water in ya so as to piss a half hour before test.. and then again for the test. and absolutely no excercise for 5 days before test to keep what is stored in ur bodyfat from being released.
