I haven't looked for what you are asking but I always go to two websites when I am looking for ideas. www.food.com or www.recipezaar.com
I do have an idea for you though. Instead of the traditional apple pie you could make an apple pizza pie. All you do is press your pie crust out onto a pizza pan and put your apple filling on top of that and bake. It makes for a change in pace and it's also not as intimidating as a thick piece of pie after you've just stuffed yourself on turkey!
