is there a way to raise the resoulution of a picture?

No. There are a few tricks to make them look a bit better, such as interpolating with software like Photoshop or Genuine Fractals, but basically you can't reveal details that weren't stored in the first place, and you can't make a poster with a 1 megapixel camera.

go tto ur resolution settings and from there go to th ehighest of ur choice
