What is the term for paralysis in someone's head, hard to explain, read on...?

I can't for the life of me remember the term that means that someone's paralysis is all in their head. It isn't a physical injury, it is a mental injury. As if their brain believes so hard that they are paralyzed that they are.

Can someone please help me, its been burning me up that I can't remember it.
