Long story short. I absolutely love this girl. It is not some HS romance, this is the real deal. Things have gotten weird lately but through no real fault of either of us. Just circumstances (anyone who wants more detail can read any or all of my Q's). I am going to write something for her, a letter but may read it in person, not going to rush it b/c I want to make sure it includes everything I have to say. My question is (and I am very serious, this means that much) anyone willing to proof read a very rough draft and make suggestions? I am not very good at this relationship stuff, and honestly she's not great at it either, but I don't think many people get an opportunity at this like we have and if I'm going down, I'm going down SWINGING! I want my message to be clear but not argumentative, ya know?

Letters are awesome. It gives you time to tell your true feelings without forgetting anything. When you talk face to face there are always things you forget to say. Good Luck!

Girls like to hear what comes from you and not some fixed up letter that someone helped you with. Writing is the best way to speak to someone if you aren't good at it in person. You can always erase or scratch out what you didn't mean to say. You should tell her what's in your heart and how you're feeling. Tell her everything you want her to know. My best advice is for you to do it yourself with no help but if you're really uncertain on what to say asking for some help can be good but to not make sure that it's all not your words. Hope everything turns out great for you two. Happiness is everything!

In the letter just say what you feel. Exactly what you feel. And you can always tell someone something;; but it means even more if you take action and do something. So;; if your writing the letter;; why not give it/say it to her on a romantic date at a quiet, romantic restaruant?! That would add to the feeling of it all. If you really love her tell her that;; but also show her! And;; I would be absolutley happy to proof read and help. =)

I'll read it 4 u

the fact that you think you need to read it to her may be the biggest part of the problem

i don;t think a letter can have the kind of effect you expect

Do you have an older sister or cousin? You should have an older
female proofread your letter for you. Also, be careful what you put in writing, it is, after all, IN WRITING. You want to be as certain as you can that she won't misinterpret your meaning.

i suppose a letter is fine but geee why not just talk and talk and talk --- you can see each others reactions their body language --- a letter is really very impersonal at close range
