t/gel and head and shoulders is good. but what ever you use you need to alternate like 2 differents kinds each day. use one, then the next day use the other, then next day use the first again, etc.

Head and shoulders shampoo is a good price and it works well to get rid of dandruff. I used to have so many dandruff flakes but now they are controlled. Also my mom told me not to itch your head too much because it makes the flakes more seeable.

scrub your scalp and rinse well. the hair is clean using shampoo. the flakes are dead skin or dried up shampoo.
use conditioner.
make sure your circulation is in check. (people with bad circulation problems typically have 'dandruff')
get a humidifier for your home if you need it.
