Is there a way you can recieve a lump sum payment for your unemployment in the state of Ohio.

Unlikely, government agencies don't tend to work that way. How do they know how long you will be unemployed?

No such thing as a lump-sum payment of unemployment. If you qualify for unemployment, it is a device to help support your expenses, while looking for other employment. They may even put a limit on how long you can obtain it - it is best to find another job and not rely on unemployment.

Most places don't do lump sum payments. If they did, don't you think everyone would try to get it?
