When I went to the hairdressers they used a diffuser on my wavy/curly hair and it looked so nice and had hardly any frizz left. Have you tried using one at home and is there a particular way of using it? I don't believe in straightening my hair.

Diffusers work great. I use one all the time. The kind with the little "fingers" on it work the best. If your hair is long you can just flip your hair over and put your hair in the diffuser and let it dry. Take the hair out of the diffuser and scruch your hair with your fingers while it cools. You can lean your head over to one side also if you dont like tipping upside down.

Yes diffusers do a good job of not making your hair frizzy when you dry it. I went out and bought one after going to hairdresser and I like it a lot. Not more frizzie hair. Blow the roots. Bend over and blow roots.

Yes,
I have one. They say it helps because you lifting your hair and seperating it without getting the oils from your hands in your hair which would make your hair have more oil and it gets frizzier too. I swear by my diffuser. Just put it under your hair and kind of hold your hair up against your head. Only lift your hair don't like comb it through or anything.

They do work, but to a certain extent. You still have to use lotions, creams or gels to revive your curls while drying it with a diffuser. For me, the only thing that works is curling iron. My hair is wavy, but if I want it to look nicely done, I have to use a curling iron.

ohh good for you. curly hairers. rock onnn.haha.

ive read that you shouldnt let it [diffuser] touch your hair. that makes it frizzy. though i do with mine. and the frizz isnt so bad. but you might want to use some kind of curly, scrunching, stuff. you let your curls look better.

good luck,

oh yeah. i flip my head over when i do it too.
