The sky is probably too bright.... you could try coney island right on the boardwalk... but remember anyplace thats dark in that neighborhood might not be safe.

You will need a view of the eastern sky. However, you would get a much better view if you get away from the city lights and go into a rural area.

It will be to cloudy, you wont see anything, Best bet is 4 AM Monday Morning.
