Looking to buy a ring on ebay and someone is selling this type of diamond ring.

Do not think it is russian, though close maybe afghani.
They have a mine where they use an advanced purifier,
could be a hand designed crystal of pure diamond bits. In
terms of value, the papers will have what is contained,
ask a larger jewelry service if it is worth price.

Never heard of it...go to your nearest jeweler and ask them. Could be it was spelled wrong? Hope you are buying the ring for yourself, I personally would not want a special ring purchased from e-bay, I would rather have a ring from a reputable jewelry store, it can be insured thru them, plus no quarantee's of what you'll end up with when you haven't seen it in person. Wow, you hit on something foreign! It's in Cyrillic, probably Russian. The word is "Formula", which would mean that it's not a real diamond, but a manufactured one (cubic zirconia?)
