the only way to make yourself taller at this point in your life (unless you have a later in life growth spurt) is to have surgery where they break the bones in your legs and stretch them. it is extremely painful and involves a lot of commitment and money and multiple surgeries. unless you are just extremely short (well under 5 feet) most doctors wouldn't consider it.

The easiest way is to improve your posture. Stand straight, pull your shoulders back and imagine that there is a string pulling your head taller and taller. Note, don't strain yourself too much that your muscles ache.
Another method is to do yoga excercises. I have a friend who does yoga for about half a year. She says that her posture improves a lot and she increase her height by 2cm! I don't really know how true is this, but its worth a try since there is not much harm doing yoga.

Try an inversion apparatus. You hang upside down and it is actually good to suppy blood to the brain. As an aside, you may gain a 1/2 inch or so in height because it improves on your posture and relieves back pains.

well you cant increase your height at your age. its all genetics. you can eat vegatabkes and stretch. maybe wear clothes that make you look taller.
