I remember I went out with some friends and got drunk and I had a Hickie on my neck and not cool. I was married and I didn't sleep with anyone but it was bad. What I did took a screw and push on it where the it was dark and I was going to say it was a scratch and just tried to cut a little but for some reason it was gone in a few hours. Not to say it is safe and do not cut it with a knife. But it was better then getting a divorce and I never went out again

No.
You have let someone suck blood to the surface and cause a bruise. It will go away in time just like a bruise will.
Embarrassed?
These type of acts are the lowest of lows.
Learn from this mistake and do not ever let anyone do this to your body again.
You should have more respect for yourself than this.

Nope, the vein was popped. Just wear turtle necks - they never go out of fashion.
