If you live in the US, others have died to give you the right of freedom of speech. That's how people are able to bash the president, government, religion, etc.

Religion is simply something that people do and has little or nothing to do with God. It would be akin to hatred of people breathing or talking or traveling. Why stress your being with something so useless or meaningless?
Now you have a question about legality? If your feeling is outlawed, and it will be, it just goes to prove that there is no separation between religion and the political in any society at any level.
The upshot is that you should be seeking God and separating yourself from the world and all its forms of religion and political control. If nothing else: Drop the hate and add a few years to your life. Those things you hate, if they are aside from Christ, are going to a terrible judgment now underway.

It's fine not to like or adhere to certain religions, but I question why you feel the need to spout your hatred for all to hear. It comes across as more of a cry for help than a rant against certain religions. If every time you saw someone, they told you "I don't like apple pie", and after hearing them say it time after time, you would come to the realization that this person wants dessert but just hasn't found the flavor they are happy with. My advice to you is keep tasting, you may find something you will be happy with, and then you can quit being bitter about what everyone else is having.

Yes of course you have been given the same free will from God as everyone else. However having this ability comes a responsibility as well. If you are going to state your view then do it with tact and diplomacy. Do not use a hateful tone or angry words. Do not belittle the religious because of your own discerning thoughts. Have a care in your free speech.
This answer to your question comes from a fundamental Christian; and I can say for sure that when others speak poorly of this subject I immediately look for any hatred in their language. If in any debate, or rant my opponent speaks foully then I lose any respect for their views, and dismiss their arguments without any further thought to their views.

Yes, you should be able to say so. You need not hate any religion or anything at all. Hatred results from lack of understanding of the other person or value or idea. A wise saying goes something like this: 'stop questioning, stop thinking, stop talking and there is nothing you will not understand!

Yes you should, but remeber some people are simpleminded people out there. There is a range on how simple a person is. If you get a real simple person, he just might shoot your as. If you get a not so simple person, you might find a good conversation. But if you are in your middle with or without religon, you would not need to tell anybody about your hate towards religion, it would matter. Maybe you are hanging out with the wrong crowed, if you feel outlawed.

You have a perfect right to reach your own decisions regarding your beliefs and attitudes.
You also have the individual right to say what you think (and I am a staunch believer in freedom of speech).
However, as a member of a society (I assume you are) you also have a social responsibility not to incite others with your views and attitudes.
In the same way that I do not expect religion to be crammed down my throat, I would not expect to have anti-religious views rammed into me either.
Check out the philosophy of Jean-Jacques Rousseau for his work on "The Social Contract"............see link below.

You can say or believe anything you like but science says for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction, so there may be repercussions to what you say and believe such as.....
Mark 8:38
"For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels."
Matthew 10:32-33
Whoever acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my Father in heaven. Whoever rejects me before others I will reject before my Father in heaven.
The Father who loves you has given you the freedom of choice. It's up to you sunshine.

actually you should dislike it not hate as they have done nothing to you personally, if they have it is usually not the religion but the man that is at fault
my sincere advise to you is to keep an open mind and don't involve you self with fascists who call themselves religious but turn around and do the same things that their religion preaches against
realise that there are many people of faith who are nice and good people at the same time

You can say anything you want, however to whom you say it to is where a possible problem could come in, such as physical harm to yourself from other people who do not feel the same.

This is a land of free speech. However, there should be no place for bigotry, prejudice, unreasonable generalisations, insulting and abusive words or other expressions of an inflammatory nature. If you want to express your views, let those views be expressed as rational, reasoned arguments. There should be no law against reasonable debate.
