Was it really used metaphorically to represent both Jesus' and the Buddha's enlightenment. Does It have absolutely nothing to do with a literal virgin birth at all? Was Mary just a cypher in a metaphor?

The Bible uses different types of grammar when it speaks metaphorically. I don't think that Joseph would have been as upset with Mary if it was Just an enlightenment rather than a pregnancy. Thankfully God sent an angel to Joseph and told him that the baby was from God.

Do you metaphorically have babies . . . uh, No! The Bible is describing the "easily" start of Jesus. the main glaring reason to me for there being a "Virgin" to hold and grant the Son of God Almighty is as a results of the fact all Kings choose for their babies to return from a under no circumstances used in the previous vessel. those that study the Bible can for sure see what God thinks approximately whores, fornication (intercourse in the previous marriage) and adultery, so it may stand to reason that the mummy of Jesus could ought to be a sparkling woman . . . a virgin. If you are going to base belief on the bible, let it not be a twisted one. If God created animals, humans and the earth and universe, why is it impossible to believe that Mary was a virgin? She was!!. If you are going to base belief on anything else no matter how twisted then let it be that because the head of man is twisted with their stupid, empty philosophies that does not contribute to anything and it doesn't enlight anyone no matter how much they want to say they are.
