Do you ever feel when you meet a guy that your going to marry him?

Whenever im with guys, and i develop a relationship with them, theres always something in the back of my mind, would i ever marry him! Please tell me you girls know what im saying :P

I think it's fairly natural to scope out people as potential lifelong mates. I did it for a long time too. What happened quite often, though, is that I would start to look at guys as "not good potential husbands" instead of "decent boyfriend material", thus selling them short and not enjoying the time I *did* have with them as much.

When I first met my husband I had no idea we would wind up together. I didn't even entertain the notion, to be honest! Not because he's an ***hole or anything like that (wouldn't have married him if he was!) but because I really wanted to focus on having a good time with him and getting to know him for who he was, not someone who may or may not be a good husband for me.

This is not a everyday kind of feeling most girls date many differnt guys because they know they have so much to think about before marrige but there are some instances when you meet your soulmate and you know that you will marry that person. It has happend to me and I have been with my boyfriend for over two years and we are going to get married next december but if this is a feeling around every guy that you meet no, I don't think that is appropriate because you will find out fast that all guys arn't sweet and they can break you in a second.

I'd rather put off marrying as long as I could.

When a couple isn't married, more incentive to keep each other happy and work at that.

I think Tom Arnold said something like that on TV yesterday. You have to be kind to each other every day then.
