Gonna means I am going to or I was going to - I was gonna do that later.
Gotta means I got to - I gotta do something about that.
Both words are slang words so they won't be in the regular dictionary. Americans use ALOT of slang words.

The meaning of gotta is got to or have to. It means your must do something. "I gotta go to the the bathroom." Gonna means going to. "I am going to go the the bathroom." Gonna and gotta are not proper English words. That is why you can't find them in the dictionary. They are slang.

These are slang abbreviations.
Gonna is short for going to. I'm gonna see that girl. (I'm going to see that girl)
Gotta is short for got to. I gotta pass the exam. (I've got to pass the exam) meaning "It is necessary that I pass the exam)

These are both very commonly used words.
